Filing A Claim

Should your poles be damaged while traveling to/from a competition, you will need to file a claim so we can get replacement pole(s) out to you as soon as possible! The process for filing a claim is quite simple. The most important thing is to contact FPP IMMEDIATELY after receiving your poles, to notify us that your poles have been damaged. We cannot be liable for any damage that may have occurred should you use the poles (practice or competition), or fail to contact FPP immediately upon inspection (within 24hrs).

You will also need to complete a damaged/lost report form and fax it to FPP. If you do not have a form with you and don’t have immediate access to a computer, contact us immediately and we will walk you through the information you need to collect.

If a pole is broken while traveling to a competition, it may be possible for FPP to get a replacement pole to you in time for competition, so it is very important that you notify FPP as soon as you become aware.

Contact Fly-Away Pole Protection immediately (within 24 hrs) to inform us of the lost/damaged pole(s)
Fill out lost/damaged report form (if you don’t have access to one, CALL IMMEDIATELY!)
Take pictures with camera or cell phone if available to document the damage.
DON'T COMPETE ON A BROKEN/DAMAGED POLE! Competing/training on a broken or damaged pole and then attempting to file a claim will void all insurance coverage. We only insure your poles for the shipping. Once they arrive at a competition/training site, we are no longer liable!
